Black & White Cafe

Great food and fabulous service from George and his staff. Always a pleasure to back to a cafe I visited for the 1st time 45 years ago. George has renovated the complete building and it looks great. Well done.

Ordered a cheese and onion panini and was given a half baguette with raw onion and shredded cheese. Was expecting it would at least be heated.
The mocha I also ordered was a teaspoon of instant coffee plus a teaspoon of hot chocolate powder in boiling milk. Bit disappointing.

Other than the food, the service was great, the staff were friendly, and the prices were good. However I'm afraid I can't recommend the café given the state of the food.

No tomato and no mushrooms
Not butter on the bread either
Great potential could do a bit better !

Omg. 8 did not eat the breakfast I bought as it looked foul..... everything was cheap and cooked maybe day before! I returned it to conter and left to eat somewhere else! Avoid this place as I don't think I have ever seen such foul looking food in all my life!

Had a nice breakfast while waiting for my mot. It's a 5 min walk from Renault garage, the owner is friendly and the food is good :)

Steak pie, chips peas and gravy, always top notch and piping hot, been going here for 50 years to see George and his dad before him excellent ☆☆☆☆☆☆

First time visit after many years ,Great food clean and quick, The young lady was very pleasant and efficient.

Good food ,great and friendly staff ,and reasonable priced ,can't fault it .
