My first visit for cooked breakfast this morning with walking stick in hand. The guys could not have been more accommodating. Food fresh/hot & good value for money. Cafe full which tells you a lot. In my opinion, THE place in Penarth to start the day.

Visiting from the US and stopped in for breakfast. They were so nice and friendly. The food was amazing. It was a fun and welcoming environment. We loved it. We will definitely be back next time we’re visiting. Thanks again!

Always greeted with smiles and hellos from all staff members soon as you walk in. The atmosphere is more like being at a family members house than a cafe. The staff always make you feel welcome and nothing is too much trouble

A proper cafe, with lovely home cooked food. Great breakfasts and good banter with Adrian and Martin who run the show!

Great breakfast baguettes. A favourite for all the guys on a local construction site!

Excellent friendly local cafe, simple and good solid menu. Very friendly staff, good energy.

It's a proper local cafe, you'll see the families, friends and older folk frequenting this busy little teapot, playing the radio and singing along while they prepare your food greet their customers and have a chat.

The vibe is always positive and happy and you'll be met with a smile.

If you're here as a tourist I'd recommend you get the experience and say hello. There are not many of these kinds of places left.
