What a fab spot. We sat in a cute little outdoor 'shed' with a heater, divine flat white and delicious toasted teacake. Great for a socially distant catch up with friends.

I used to love this little tucked away cafe, with its incredibly wide range of cakes and good coffee. After yesterday's visit, I don't think I'll be going back though. Still the same garden-like seating area, and the table was spotlessly clean, but everything else seems to have changed. From a limited range of cakes I chose a white chocolate brownie, that was thin and hard, and my flat white coffee was very poor - watery and tasteless. For close to £7 I expect better.

I went to enjoy a natter in the shade over a cuppa with a friend today. I asked for a replacement clean cup as one the cups presented on the tea tray looked dirty with several big ring marks in it. The waitress didn't apologise, she merely shrugged and said "ok but it's only tea stains". That was not the response I expected! In these Covid times I would expect all cups to be spotless before being filled. Up your game folks ... this used to be a great( if pricey) cafe. The lovely crockery used is wasted if people recoil from drinking from it.

We had afternoon tea, it was lovely, plenty of food and cake. They were very helpful with dietry requirements.
Lovely 😍

A friend and I had a lovely coffee and small breakfast, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only reason I haven't given my experience give stars is because parking is difficult, which isn't the fault of the coffee shop!

Relax and find a cubby hole to enjoy the Homemade Cakes and Savouries . A really cosy floral weatherproof oasis, and you can buy items for your garden as well. The aroma of toasted teacakes will bring you back again. Friendly, swift service, and there is A High Tea on offer for special occasions. Rail and Bus stops are also within a minutes walk.

I love this place, so quirky, sitting in a shed ( there are multiple sheds) when it's pouring with rain all around you. Excellent menu, good prices, nice staff. Only comment I would make is please put your heaters on...it was a bit chilly today

Maybe a good place for a cup of tea but DO NOT Purchase any goods from these people they took over two and half months to deliver a bench which had been fully paid for in sept and only delivered it in Dec after multiple requests left at the shop with promises that the owner will contact me which only happened after I tracked him down via his personal face book page - when the bench was delivered it turned up half finished and wet with oil - Do not buy from this garden centre .
