Great place. Clean and fast service.
The big shock today was a change of menu and the loss of their wonder pizzas. I hope the Pontio management read this as its a great disappointment to have lost them. Please bring them back!

The waffles were very good! It is a large amount of food considering the price.
I really enjoyed it and you can also use your yoyo card to get points there.

Waffle is good. Smoothie tastes like puke. Service is good.

Service is good, food is reasonable price but the older lady that works there was very rude to me and other customers. Other than that it's a really nice place

This dismal cafe is haunted by an officious manager with the bedside manner of an alligator, who bullies her staff and customers. Avoid.

The salmon bagel was alright, but underwhelming, not too much flavour. The salad was terrible, just lots of dry rocket with a huge chunk of red cabbage, a trace amount of any other veggies, and just one tiny squirt of dressing.

Unfortunately, the manager was walking around asking people where did they get their drinks and food and telling them they're not allowed to eat and drink stuff they didn't buy here. This creates a very unpleasant atmosphere in the cafe, won't be going there again. I understand some people want to just sit around not eating anything and they're taking up space, but if people sit in groups and only some of them order, the additional people will be taking up the space anyway, why not let them eat with friends? What if they're allergic? The rest of the staff is always lovely though.
