Stopped here for a bite to eat. The prices were shocking but ordered and expected the food to live up to the price. It does not! Tried to order and extra 2 fried eggs for one of the kids and was told £6! £6 for 2 fried eggs. Not even with a bun!!!
The burgers were nice and seemed worth the price. The rest of the food, a child’s sized hotdog which was on the adult menu, a very small baguette with sloppy tuna on it, 2 chicken nuggets with chips for a child. 2 nuggets???? £2.50 for a bottle of Pepsi max. Milkshakes that were mostly whipped cream.
Most definitely won’t be returning!

Stopped off here to get a coffee ☕ and milkshake. Can't complain about the drinks just think the staff are slightly lacking in good customer service skills. Nothing that would stop me going again but just thought I'd comment. The kiosk is well situated by the beach ⛱ and there are public toilets 🚻 although not free I think it's 30p a wee. Although the other public toilets close by charge aswell.

Honest review. The hotdog meal I got was worse than a Rustlers microwave hotdog. Cheap bun, cheap hotdog and a sloppy mush of onions. For the cost I expected a proper sausage as other meals looked alright. No mustard provided either. Then only about 12 chips too. I'd give it a miss.

We only stopped here when passing on our way home, and it was really lovely. A calm, relaxing and serene atmosphere. The flower beds are fabulous. VERY dog friendly and very friendly and welcoming owner who couldn't have done more even though we arrived just before closing time. Next time we are along here we will be looking out for Horizon Shine, and will definitely call in.

Excellent promenade cafe where one can enjoy snacks, hot & cold & alcoholic beverages and ice cream in a clean modern setting complete with a lovely seating area with tables. Amazing views overlooking the beach with ample car parking and public toilet facilities close by. Recommended to visit!

It’s Saturday 25 Sept 2021 - my friend has in no uncertain terms been subjected to the rudest server. After ordering coffee she then attempted to then order food, she was asked by the server ‘why are you ordering food now you should have ordered it before ordering drinks - you’ve really messed up my system’ and even went so far to say ‘you need to learn how to smile and be kind to people’. Bewildered my friend decided not to order food as she’d been so humiliated in front of the other people waiting to be served. You might feel inclined to stick up for the server however, after this and on returning to the table with just the coffees - a lady who had also been queuing came across to ask if my friend was ok - she specifically stated that the server had been incredibly rude - this lady was shocked to have witnessed the servers conduct. If she is the owner then - good luck. If she’s employed then without doubt this is gross misconduct.
