Possibly my favourite cafe in Cardiff, a wonderful Polish coffee shop, with antique cinema seating, great coffee and a fantastic array of cakes, we often stop by for one of their toasted baguettes as they are superb value, cannot recommend highly enough!

First visit but trust me I'll be back more often than I can resist, the excellent friendly staff, ambience, nice crowd, not too noisy. I could go on, but I'll leave something for the next post. Can't believe they've been around for over 6months & I only discovered them today! Hope they stay for good unlike some cafes who startup then whooooosh vanish!! Stay stay!!

Lovely cafe bar with an amazing selection of cakes. The coffees are really nice and the polish lager is good. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is casual and welcoming. So happy to see it reopen

Friendly staff. Great selection of food. I had the soup of the day which was cream of tomato. Very nice! Oat milk latte was really nice too! Big selection of cakes there too!

A superb coffee shop with a fantastic selection of cakes to tempt you into forgetting your diet for a day!
Quirky decor, (the chairs are old theatre seats and the tables ex sowing tables complete with treadles) plus the lovely, friendly staff make this a great place to stop and while away the time.

Beautiful quaint, coffe shop/bar. The food is amazing and all cooked fresh. The staff are lovely and friendly. Truly a little hidden gem in Cardiff.

Last Sunday we had some good food here including pierogi (Polish dumplings) and a very generous piece of Mars bar cheesecake. Unfortunately this was tarnished by the dreadful customer service we experienced. First when we entered I said hi to one staff member (who I think worked mainly in the kitchen), who just looked at and blanked me. But worse was the blonde girl serving. When we tried to order she initially ignored us. When we finally did, it was clear she wasn't making my drink and instead was standing chatting with some male Polish customers. Later on when bringing our food I asked where my drink was, she just said 'oh yeah'. Fine people make mistakes sometimes but there was no apology whatsoever from her, just incredible arrogance! To add to this she still didn't go straight to making my drink. She carried on chatting with the customers and then about 10 minutes later decided to make it, by which point I had already finished my food, which I struggled to enjoy, (despite how nice it was) being so thirsty. Then she couldn't understand any English when my husband tried to order the cheesecake, not to mention she then tried to over charge us. It's a massive shame as the food was good and as someone who is part Polish myself and has many Polish friends/colleagues I can say that Poles are normally extremely hard working and very friendly. So it was really strange to experience such behaviour from the staff there. Maybe we were just unlucky that day but I think the business owner needs to know this!

Staff are nasty and don't care about customers.
Last Saturday there was 4-5 kids running around the place making a racket and annoying everyone.

Coffee is still good and prices are fair.
