Express Cafe - Newtown

Highly recommend a trip to Express Cafe. Exactly what a local cafe ought to be! Great food, great prices, lovely staff.

Delicious food and really friendly staff, very reasonably priced! Really good selection for vegetarians too. Highly recommend!

Very bad experience the baguette seemed unbaked and they forgot my drink which I called them asking for the drink and after 1 hour i was still waiting so i called again and told them to forget about the drink but i wanted to know about the processing fee that they charged online which was said is only for payments with the card!!! 😳 this fee noone charge anymore!! Well I'm really not impressed!! I do not recommend, sorry family business!

Visited with friends for lunch. Food was delicious and service friendly and quick despite it being very busy. We all had a great tIme. Thank you 😊

I always thoroughly enjoy my visits to Express Cafe, Newtown, because the staff are always friendly and have time to talk to there customers, the food is always tasty and well cooked, the service is good and always with a cheery smile and polite words, maybe a little small inside, but plenty of room for outside dining, I just think this is the best cafe in town. Don't take my word for it, come down to Bear Lanes and try it for yourself.

Possibly the best cafe in Newtown! I always try and get a seat here whenever I want to eat in town (not always possible as it’s so popular!) and I’m never disappointed. The food is always superb and portion sizes amazing! I usually go for the veggie breakfast which I love - today I decided on a baked potato thinking it would be a lighter lunch but actually still got an amazing full plate! Often hard to finish as they are so generous. Staff are so helpful and friendly! I love it!
