Sadly the customer service and organisation seems to have declined recently. Having visited several times since the new management came in, we and several other customers experienced incorrect orders and excessive wait times for food and drink.
We have always enjoyed visiting the Harbour Hub Cafe as the food and staff were fantastic, but on our last visit we were queuing for the best part of 30 mins to order and then another 40 mins waiting for our food. We understand that new staff need to be trained and become familiar with running of the cafe but after nearly a month things don't seem to be improving and it's not even peak season yet.
We do hope that things will improve soon as we don't want to take our custom elsewhere and this review isn't aiming to be offensive; it's purely to give feedback and highlight where things need to improve as we love this little cafe. We genuinely wish you good luck for future success of the Harbour Hub Cafe.

Had no intention of leaving a review but based on our experience felt we had to. Delicious homemade food at very reasonable prices, however it was the friendly young group of staff who led to the review. Really kind and helpful with our young children. We almost had to force them to accept a tip!

Delicious coffee and the best gluten free desserts I have every tasted! You've got to try the lemon meringue if you're passing by.
Beautiful cafe and wonderful staff

Burnt food, very expensive for what you get. Asked for a large breakfast, no mushrooms, no tomatoes, no hash browns, no black pudding, no fried slice. Two sauages, 2 bacon 1 egg small beans and toast. How is this a large breakfast? that was 7.50 and again burnt food to top it off.

Shocking women who run this. They were rude to everyone. They were just ignorant to me but outright rude to both customers in front of me. Whilst I waited for my cappuccino the person running the kitchen said stuff then all Iet it be cold who cares we don't ha ha ... Shame on all of you you don't deserve any ones custom.

Excellent food however don't understand why everything is served in take out boxes and paper cups.

Surely it would be cheaper and better for the environment to use plates and crockery.

Bacon bap was the best! Lots of bacon and fresh roll. Will be back if passing through again. Nice service too. Thanks
