This cafeteria is large and has a good menu. Hot food is delivered to your table. Prices are good value for money. Quality is good but can occasionally be below par. Today the fish, chips and mushy peas were excellent but on a previous occasion were disappointing. Generally it is fine. Staff are pleasant.

After waiting 5 minutes for cashier to appear I ordered the breakfast. It arrived quickly but had enough oil on it to run my car on. It tasted odd as well ,as if the oil was old . For £6.00 it was very disappointing. Whilst picking my way through what was edible I noticed that the cashier repeatedly left the till leaving customers waiting. Maybe more staff could be used to stop this happening. Won't return.

Visited on a mid week morning.
Not too busy, so decided to stop and have a breakfast. Tried using the machine, found the level of breakfast I was after and then tried to customise it to remove the horrible black pudding. It would happily let me remove it, but then wouldn't allow me to add something else in exchange - this is something that pre covid it allowed.

I therefore had to queue up to wait to speak to a person, and as there was no staff on the till for a while there were a few people ahead of me. When it was finally my turn, I made my order and asked to swap the black pudding for something else. I was told I could remove it, and then have another item for X pence each! I explained that I wanted to swap as they would usually have done, not have extra. The response was they don't do that now due to covid!! I'm sorry, but that's not a reason - covid does not prevent the kitchen putting one item on a plate instead of another. I therefore ended up getting a much smaller and less value for money breakfast than I wanted - therefore they have lost stars for that.

The food I got was tasty and generally hot. It was also quick to arrive, and this place did tomato sauce in sachets, although inexplicably you have to ask for them. The food was not as good value for money as some of their other options, but as explained about it was not possible to have them.

The waitress just letterally throw my food Infront of me, she was talking to somebody not even looking at and not telling me that the food is mine. How rude I came from a busy night shift in the hospital . Do I really deserves this?

Ordered food, waited over an hour for it, no apology from the staff, no compensation either. Chain Cafes do a much better job of getting food out in quick time. Avoid at all costs!

We decided to go to Morrisons this morning for a family breakfast as the deals always look good and we have never eaten in there before, we had a bill of £37 for 4 all day breakfast, and 2 toddlers breakfast with 3 items each, we specifically done our order at the till and asked for items to be removed off our plates that we didn't like or eat, we weren't allowed to change items unless we were charged extra, £5.95 for a breakfast and not even a cup of tea with it, rip off!!! Our food still came out with everything on it and stone cold, From previous experience working in cafes and restaurants I found the place very unhygienic to the extent I had to wash all our cultury before we used it at the boiler where you make your tea, as the tray provided with all the cultury was rotton with dried in food, people's fingers prints all over them, we all drank out of paper cups because the tea pots and cups was rotton, tables were filthy, my toddler had scrambled egg toast and a sausage and has had nothing but the diheroa since he has ate in there, staff are terrible and not very helpful.. well I'd advise to go elsewhere and spend your money and we ended up eating very little as we got up and walked out, food and service is appalling
