Went here for the first time today for Sunday lunch and it didn't disappoint. Home cooked and so tasty. Enormous portions too. Really helpful staff too. Excellent value for money and dog friendly. Couldn't ask for more. I'll definitely be going back

Lovely service, beautiful food. Very generous with food portions. A good place to fuel up after having a good walk.

Had a fish and chip takeaway from Hillary and Iain’s kitchen, highly recommended, home cooked fresh hot food, 10/10. Value for money. 😊😊😊😊😊

We went for sunday lunch for fathers day. it was lovely food i would highly recommend. Its very small inside so make sure you book, as they were turning people away who were walking in.

Went here for lunch with family. Tasty food and great sized portions. Their onion rings particularly were the best I've ever had!
We'll definitely be visiting again.

Beautiful view, good coffee, food average standard, but if you have allergies I wouldn’t risk it.

My partner is celiac (gluten intolerant), so I asked if they had any gluten-free options. He’s not fussy and is use to not having certain items (I.e bread) when out for food, so he didn’t have any expectations, but when I asked the young girl behind the counter she was unsure what gluten was. The other young girl was asked and she responded with an abrupt no, so I asked to speak to the chief and a lady came out (assume she was the owner who wasn’t really sure herself) and she came across as passive aggressive. The chief finally came out to speak to me to let me know what they can accommodate because of the cross contamination which was great…….but my partner still ended up ill.

I was just a little shocked how we were treated initially. Like I said food ok standard, but all staff should be able to advise if they can accommodate allergies or at least ask someone to assist, but they clearly weren’t interested.

I would have given this little gem 5 stars but we did have to wait a VERY long time for our food. Nevertheless.... when it came it was absolutely delicious! We had the curry and lasagne which were tasty and piping hot. We sat at one of the tables outside overlooking the sea so we had a lovely view whilst we waited for our food. Would definitely return one day.😋🍲🥣🥘🍺👍
