Came across this lovely cafe after work trip to Newport. Friendly staff, tasty English breakfast with a cheap price. Absolutely recommend!

5 min walk to train station. Good coffee. Excellent breakfast. Funny staff. Recommended.

Quite possibly one of the best cafés I have ever been to. The staff were absolutely lovely and accommodating towards us (we are a family of six) and the food we were served was excellent. Will definitely be returning if ever possible.

Not been before and needed a place for a quick lunch during a working lunch hour. Chose this over Wetherspoon's which is nearby, on a chance, and glad I did.
Quirky cafe tucked away in the parade, snug, with wooden tables and chairs. Visited in Halloween week, and place was decorated, clearly effort goes into presentation.
Interesting mix between a greasy spoon cafe (lots of breakfast options) and hot classic meals e.g. chilli, sausages, pies etc which I wasn't expecting.
Service was friendly and food was good. Not expensive either.
Would chose this again if in the area.

Lovely Traditional Cafe, Food is Tasty & Staff are vibrant and helpful, good range of food & drinks on sale to suit all needs, Cafe was clean & outdoor seating is a plus too. Perfect Place to meet for Breakfast before the Rugby & plenty of Covid-19 guidance visible and in place 😁 Vaccine information visible too.

I loved our recent visit to The Pot Cafe. The food is great and Angela and Kate are the kind of staff which created the great ambience. I also loved the music banter with Angela!
