Quetelet are you sure you went into the correct place? I go in there every day and the staff are very kind and helpful and Charlotte the owner is very funny and kind to the customers. She is running in the London Marathon for charity this year and we are all routing for her. I cannot believe the mean things you wrote about the staff and the owner. But you seem to have a grudge against everyone.

I am amazed at some of the comments about HB and the staff. I go in there every day and the staff are brilliant. The people who have made comments about the staff must have over heard conversations between myself and the staff. These are always witty and cheeky and those who are regular know it is just fun and are usually laughing. As for the owner she is so kind and have bought me items from the supermarket and have dropped them around to my house when I hurt my legs. Please don't say things that are untrue just to be mean. That is the thing when you live in a small place people lie about people they don't like. What places nearby Quetelet ?

Just had a dairy free breakfast baguette from here and OMG it was awesome. The staff didnt bat an eyelid at my dairy free request and made me the best breakfast bagguette i think ive ever eaten. Thank you

Lovely friendly, helpful staff. Good food with some unusual choices. I had poached eggs on a bed of spinach and avocado on toast. Lovely and healthy too.

As my Costa card is not registered though I have been a member for many years, I queried this so that I continue to have the free coffee as normal. The lady manager did her best to remedy this, and advised. So hopefully on next visit I am actually Registered!

I really don't know what to say.. ordered a few times over the last couple of months, had issues with quite a few of the orders either being wrong or coming with a food item that was specifically requested to be removed. But today, ordered a large breakfast and club sandwich. An hour later, the order arrives. Two small breakfasts and both of them almost cold. It's a shame as sitting in is a nice experience, it's a nice place to have food or coffee. But the delivery and attention paid to what has actually been ordered is atrocious.. I believe they made a mistake taking on Uber for deliveries as they can't keep up with the increased demand. After delivery, service fees and tipping the driver who was not at fault, I was left with an £11 smoothie and food waste after being refunded for the incorrect items.

Stopped in for a hot chocolate. The first in about three years. Absolutely gorgeous. Also bought a couple of baguettes for lunch. Just perfect.
