Cheap and cheerful cafe, with decent food and drinks at a very reasonable price. The staff are excellent.

I have a lovely worker serve me. I believe her name was Runara. Customer service skills were amazing, such a kind person and great experience with her. Thank you for your assistance! The cafe food was lovely too.

The lady who served me wasn't in a good mood, but it wasn't the first time she wasn't nice.
I really wish Tesco's cafe would have more lovely people like the old lady who was kind and made my daughter a fresh sandwich because they had ran out of it and less people like the last one who served me.

The lady who gets the order, incredibly rude!! She even acted irritated at a little girl who was asking for an extra fork. I asked her for a rubbish bin to throw out the tissue I used cleaning the dirty table. She said to me keep the tissue with me?? She looks very unhappy working.

We went there yesterday and she was very disrespectful. She treated us in a horrible way. She kept breathing in and out when I was ordering. It was an old lady, and then when other girls came up and had there turn she was literally laughing with them and everything.

I am disappointed.

While waiting for my wife I had coffee and toast, no knife supplied so I went to the checkout to get one, after being ignored I eventually got the attention of the lady with the head scarf and glasses, she went into the kitchen to get one, I watched her through the glass in the door, she washed a knife under the tap and she could not find anything to dry it with so she used her apron which was badly stained with ?? I did not eat the food as this put me right off it . My wife eventually joined me so I went and ordered 2 coffees and 4 pieces of toast (.white bread ) it eventually arrived at the table only to find it looked like it had just been showed the toaster as barely brown. I took it back to the counter and the young lady with green streaks in her hair was very apologetic and assured me that it would be sorted out. It was brought back to the table just a small bit browner, back it went AGAIN, it eventually came back, the same toast not fresh, actually looking like toast. Female members of staff who were serving open food did not have head covering so stray hair could easily get into the food. For a big organisation as Tesco, who are installing more and more self check out and doing away with staff, should be ensuring that ALL STAFF who work in the cafeteria have health and hygiene training, it appears that they have NOT had any or they just ignore it
