Great customer service...The cake was amazing. Very delicious and creamy. We decorated with unicorns and our little girl was amazed by it. Thank you very much. Best cake we had in a while.

Ordered what I was told was the only vegan cheesecake (a passion fruit one) and a double decka cheesecake for my son, to be presented with a raspberry cheesecake and chocolate sponge cake. When I questioned both of the orders especially the vegan one (as it’s a dairy allergy) I was told “we just change the topping each day” to which I replied “well when I asked if you had any other vegan options you told me only passion fruit so That’s what I ordered.” I didn’t feel confident it was even vegan. I got no apology, and when I then said the chocolate one was wrong too the reply was “ok.” Terrible service, (we were the only ones in there so business can’t be blamed) rude and unapologetic for messing up a very simple order. Never returning.

I pre-ordered a celebration cake and had no trouble collecting it at the arranged time. Whilst there, we stopped for coffee which was delicious. Staff were friendly too. The cake (the rainbow celebration one) was absolutely delicious, the sponge was moist and it looked brilliant, inside were 7 layers of different coloured sponge, lovely! I will definitely be returning for my next celebration cake and the odd slice or two!

Popped in today for toffee swirl cheesecake, was delicious!

Visited today in a party of 4 people for lunch. What a disappointing experience! We all decided on the jacket potato option. Absolutely awful. No side salad or dressing potato just dumped in the middle of rectangular plate. Very little butter or mayonnaise with the tuna. Potato barely cooked, not very warm and 2 of them had black areas which should never have been used. Poor value for money and just a "penny pinch" with no dressing. Definately would NOT recommend this lunch option. Better value elsewhere. No apology on complaining.

I bought half a cheese cake and asked for a plate to have a slice and sit down with my coffee, i was told the cakes take away only in a cake shop.. very odd

This shop has THE most fabulous cakes and cheesecakes - of every flavour you could imagine - Not to mention fab coffee and homemade soups and rolls.....!! UPDATE:- THIS PLACE USED TO BE "THE CHEESECAKE SHOP"...... came here today for a cappuccino , it's all been refurbished, cakes still look as amazing as ever though.....😋😋😋😋😋🥰😍😍and the coffee is still top- notch.......👍👍☺️☺️
