It very much depends on what you are looking for. If it's a lovely cake to take away, you won't be disappointed. As a café/eaterie, it is lacking. It is not laid out particularly well, so those queueing up for take out items are often encroaching on those sitting at tables. The service seems rushed too, and the waiting staff almost seem under pressure to get out of your way quickly. The food for afternoon tea was very nice, if a little unadventurous given some of the desserts they have on offer.

Went for Afternoon tea which was very lovely. 5 choice of finger sandwiches chicken & sun-dried 🍅 & pesto, ham & mustard, smoked salmon, 🥚egg mayonnaise & cucumber 🥒. Also 2 warm delicious mini quiches. 2 cheese scones, 2 fruit scones, butter, clotted cream & 4 pots of jam-strawberry 🍓, raspberry, apricot & blackcurrant. 6 mini cakes 2 éclairs, 1 blackberry mousse slice, 🥕 carrot cake, Victoria sponge, chocolate brownie & bakewell slice. Unlimited refill of chosen drinks. It would of got a five star 🌟 but screen dirty next to the table we sat at. Staff polite & friendly.

Great tea and coffee. Would love to say great cakes as well but we couldn't get our first choices or second choices either. The cakes we had were nice but not what we really wanted and it was only Saturday lunchtime so surprised so many cakes not available. Staff were friendly and attentive. Ps, they have Soya milk for those that need/prefer it.

A fundamentally mean sandwich. I ordered a 'Valerie Club' from Uber. £10.50. That's a heck of a lot of money for a sandwich. For that, I got 1 slice of pastrami, that didn't even cover the whole sandwich.
Over heated so the lettuce was (literally) rank. Under seasoned. Listen, I can expect a certain amount of latitude with a delivery. But this was awful.
It's embarrassing that a company would be happy to put their name to such a low quality product for such a high price. Shame on you.

THIS IS A ZERO STAR RATING! Over friendly welcome on arrival to the shop, seated for a long period of time, even new customers arrived after myself and my fiancé got served before us. When offered the menu by the store manager we were informed of which items are available and those that are not available on the menus. When my fiancé ordered what we thought was available on the menu as informed by the store manager, the waiter informed us the item was unavailable. This is really poor customer service and I have been a regular customer at this store in Norwich but as of now I have no intention of returning to the Norwich branch.

Chose afternoon tea, scones were stale, very poor choice. I should have known better as it was the only empty coffee shop, no wonder!

This is a zero star rating.
Ordered online an anniversary cake and was delivered to me frozen.
Only with the order confirmation I was informed that the cake will be frozen and I was supposed to keep it 24h in the fridge before using it, so no cake for the guests on the party day.
I have tried to call them for 3 days in a row, mornings as well as evenings, sent them an email asking to collect myself a fresh cake from their local shop in Norwich, nobody answered my calls nor my email.
Total scam this company is.
