We can’t thank Ellese enough for our amazing Wedding Cake and personalised biscuit Wedding favours.

We had a three tier semi naked cake with gold leaf detailing and a gluten free top layer which you wouldn’t know was gluten free as it tasted so good! All of guests commented on how tasty each layer of our cake was.

Ellese took all the stress away from us by going to our venue in the morning to set everything up, which included adding flowers to our cake which our florist (Charlotte Staff) had provided.

If your in the Caister On Sea area I would definitely recommend visiting the Ellese Bakes shop during their opening hours, and they have lots of tasty treats and celebration cakes available to order on their website too.

They make the most DELICIOUS sweet treats! Me and my boyfriend always visit when they’re in Castle Mall, the kinder traybake is the BEST!

Picked up a few cup cakes and other bits for a get together for after son's birthday meal. At time of writing not tried all yet, but the two we bought at the same time were delicious. My mince pie cup cake was especially tasty.

I often get lots of goodies and am never disappointed... The blondies are ridiculously scrumptious and don't get me started on the buena cookie dough brownies 😍 they are quite frankly the most delicious thing I've ever tasted so thank you so much I will continue to be naughty and order those goodies in the future xx

Beautifully decorated cakes, reasonably priced and helpful staff. I've had 3 cakes in the space of a month for 3 different birthdays and each one has been second to none 👍

Had a large order at short notice for work and Ellese not only provided excellent quality cupcakes at a very reasonable price, she even ensured I could come and collect earlier than normal. Great service, great food, would recommend to anyone!
