I ordered a cake for my sons christening well I’m advance with Leanne and she replied promptly and we agreed on a date for collection, design and price. With a week to go, I emailed Leanne again asking if collection was still okay and after several days got no response. I tried to call but again got no response. Luckily Leanne did reply to a text message I sent a few days before and confirmed. Two days before collection, Leanne sent a message again asking what I wanted the cake to look like as she had forgot. This seemed unprofessional as I had sent images previously and it came across as though my order had been forgotten about until I had text a few days before.

Leanne made this beautiful cake for my son and I was very pleased with it until we cut into it at the christening to find it was raw and had a play doh like texture. Not only was the entire bottom layer raw, but the middle of the other layers were too. It was inedible and had to be thrown away in it’s entirety. I informed Leanne and I was very understanding and tried to remain friendly in the interest of resolving the matter. I told her these things happen and it was okay. Leanne offered me a 50% refund. Not wanting to argue for any more, I accepted although I do believe a full refund would have been more appropriate. What Leanne refunded was not half of what I paid. When I informed her of this I received a ‘hahahaha’ response.
Leanne did refund the remainder of the 50% but the laughing was insulting considering my sons christening cake was ruined and could not be served to our guests. I do feel that Leanne was trying to get away with not refunding the rest.

I am not confrontational and do not like to complain but I am disappointed with this service and the eventual response from Leanne. When it was raised with her via a third party, Leanne claimed that the cake was eaten. We could not eat around the raw bits of the cake I can assure you of that.

We chose Leanne to make our wedding cake and were super happy and comfortable with the process. Leanne spent time sketching and talking us through designs which was really helpful! Our cake was just what we wanted and tasted so good! Thank you Leanne!😊

We fell in love with Leanne’s beautiful cakes when we stumbled across her page and then Instagram feed. From the word go Leanne listened to our ideas and made suggestions which led to our absolute cake of dreams!! We had three tiers (one lemon, one chocolate and one Victoria sandwich). We asked for a couple of slices to be kept back for those that couldn’t make it and lucky we did as there was no cake left, which speaks volumes of just how delicious the cake was!! Thank you once again Leanne for creating such a beautiful cake that was beyond all our expectations!

The overall cake was incredible. The whole process from designing the cake, getting tasters etc... was made really simple. Then the cake itself. WOW. The taste and look was commented on by all of our guests. It was truly spectacular.

Leanne has been my go to cake maker for quite some time now, so it was no surprise when I wanted her to do our wedding cake & dessert table goodies. Of course she did not disappoint! I had absolute trust in Leanne to design us something cool, quirky & contemporary as her style is something I’ve absolutely always loved. Not only does her work look amazing but it tastes delicious also. We chose lemon and Victoria sponge for our tiers and had nothing but compliments on how yummy the cake was! If your wanting a super cool cake maker, then Leanne is your girl!

We stumbled across Leanne on Facebook in 2017 when we were planning our wedding for June 2019. Her cakes looked amazing and I couldn’t wait to meet her to talk about the cake I’d had in my head for years 😬 we also immediately bonded over being sausage dog mums 🤣

Our wedding came round quickly and of all the things in the venue , we just couldn’t wait to see the cake. It didn’t disappoint and was exactly what we wanted. We also had mini cake domes that the guests loved!

After the wedding Leanne became my go to for every cake occasion. We’ve also started a tradition with her where we get a small cake on our wedding anniversary, and she keeps them in keeping with our original colour scheme. It’s a tradition we love sharing with her.

In the last few years Leanne has made countless baby shower and birthday cakes, and most recently the start of the 30th celebration cakes for all my friends. Nothing is ever too much, and even when I’m last minute she is always so accommodating and delivers nothing but perfection. I don’t even give her a brief, we just discuss a colour or theme and I let her work her magic.

Not only does Leanne make the most amazing cakes, but she’s also a genuinely lovely person.

I ordered this cake for my son's 20th birthday. I wanted a camo cake as my son loves the military. I was originally quoted £40 but when I contacted to confirm the price, I was told £50. I did query it but was never told why.
At the birthday party the cake was finally cut and shared only to be told by the guests that the frosting was salty. Not sure what happened but I was left very disappointed.
