Cake Box

I've ordering my cakes here lately in the new store in Catford.
The store is looking pretty nice. The cakes are just amazing. Really tasty and they get ready your order within an hour of ordering online. You can also choose the look of the cake. Highly recommended

The best cake in UK. I love the fact it's not heavy and too sweet. It's like eating a piece of fluffy cloud. Your own piece of heaven . I tried all flavours available, my favourite is... I can't even pick. Every mood , every craving, every celebration got a matching cake for me😄 I once asked how many calories are in 1 piece of Cakebox cake, they said don't count, just enjoy it. And that's what I've been doing for the last year . Once a week ;) didn't put on weight , so can't be that bad , but shhhhh..... just eat it, you won't regret it. I promise .

I have used cake box several times now and love them, the taste of the cakes are amazing love that they consider allergies by removing eggs and I will be getting my daughters birthday from them in February, they can have the cakes made with just a few days notice and they look stunning. Would definitely recommend to anyone the service is amazing!!

Have had this brand (the larger celebration cakes) in London several times before and i had great expectations, however i must say that on this occasion I was disappointed.

I purchased a Ferrero rocher cake slice and I must say, the cake slices do look lovely decorated. The actual cake itself was nice, but the aspect that let me down was the cream. It was over whipped and 'blocky/hard', where I could peel off all the cream on the top at once from the cake. Only ate the cake sponge itself and the Ferrero rocher.

My friend however, said her cake slice (strawberry delight) was fine. Maybe I was unlucky on this occasion and had a not so fresh piece! 😔

Customer service, however, was good. Maybe I'll give this branch another try next time.

The lady spelt name wrong, then to correct it made a mess off it. Had to take it as it was for a birthday but i dont think i would go back to this branch.. the new lady there has poor customer service skills, second time iv had issues with my order

The cake did not look like the picture, and also the cream on the cake was melting, very disappointed at the Quality of the cake. I have used this cakebox plenty of times before, never had any issues, the lady that works there knew the cake wasn't right, but didn't do anything about it.

I bought two slice of cake, black forest and oreo. The toppings were different but sponge and cream are the same. It was not fresh. Sponge was dry, the cream is not soft and they were two sweet for me.

Absolutely distasteful, I would leave zero stars if I could. Worst slice ever I bite, I bought one Bounty slice of cake, The toppings cream was fully dry & taste like sourly also sponge was super dry & hard as well. It feels like it’s 4 to 5 days old.
I don’t understand how people can sell such poor quality food.
