Cake Box Canning Town

Another one ordered.

This is the second Cake Box we've been to physically and it's pretty much the same as the other.

Ordering wasn't hard, pretty much all done online via their website but you could call one of their stores for more information.

From the handful of cakes we've bought from this franchise, it's always been nice, nothing bad can be said.

Staff were nice, got the job done.

Recommended.

Presentation is everything in this shop. The cakes are well designed & Presentation was key, the cake didn't just look amazing they taste delicious & fresh too.

Our favourite is the oreo slice we love the chocolate sponge, I always recommend to my family & friends.

Staff are always welcome polite & helpful.

One Star is too much! I have had a terrible experience at this branch of Cake Box, the cake was so bad it had to be thrown in the dustbin!

I bought a cake here and when I got home it was STALE, INEDIBLE, and had to be thrown away. I thought I would write to the customer service just to let them know my experience and I got no response. After a 2nd email 2 days later I was furnished with a response from the head office that said they would pass my details to the store and that is the last I have heard from them.

I then tried on numerous occasions to get a response from the store but have had no reply to my countless attempts to contact them.

I am not saying this is the same for all Cake Box stores but for this Cake Box in Canning Town, the customer service is non-existent and the cake I had was so bad it had to be thrown into the dustbin.

@eggfreecakebox canning town if you read my comment and would like to reply please do as I have had a terrible experience with you and am shocked that you did not even attempt to contact me!

I have ordered from here multiple times due to my nephew being allergic to egg and their cakes never disappoints. They always make sure that their cake is good quality and is always ready whenever I do click and collect. Would be sticking to this shop for a long time

I bought a last minute cake for my friend’s birthday, I was so impressed with the customer service and guidance from the cake box staff Sadia, she made it so easy. My friend was so happy, and everyone at the party couldn’t put the cake down! There was nothing left. I’m looking forward to going again for when I need more cake!!

One of the best cakes available in East London with lots of variety and great taste. A special mention to the staff Pooja who always assists the customers with a big smile.

We have been going to this Cake box for all our special occasions for cakes and cupcakes- always a great standard and very tasty.

Bought a fresh cream cake and a cheesecake. Really loved the beautiful design and gorgeous cake. Staff were really helpful and was nice to see retail staff with a smile on their face. Well excited to try more!
