My favourite favourite bakery! The cakes are as gorgeous as they are yummy. I'm grateful for coming across Victoria yum in January and I've been in here at least once a week if not more!!
The brunch menu is great and the new breakfast bap is a must try. I have also finally found the perfect textured scones here!
Please do try Victoria Yum and no other place will ever be good enough after your experience :)

Amazing assortment of coffee and cakes. One of the best cafes in Colchester. Beware the opening times though, and I recommend going on a weekday as it's so busy on the weekends.

A wonderful bakery and brunch place. Recently ordered one of their whole cakes for a celebration and it didn't disappoint! Probably one of the best I've had to date, perfect size, and kept really well up until the event! A very lovely team & family run business, highly recommend.

Me and my son had some delicious takeaway cakes for lunch. They were absolutely amazing, moist, flavoursome and beautiful. Probably best cakes in Colchester ❤️👌

I don't often leave reviews as Colchester lacks anywhere with the wow factor to compel me to leaving a review, but we stumbled upon here today when struggling to find a good brunch place in town. The food was INCREDIBLE. Unfortunately all that we captured was a photo of potatoes but the Christmas special of bubble and squeak with poached eggs was SO GOOD. Husband had the cheddar and onion toastie with roast potatoes and aioli and we could have eaten it all over again. A real gem in this town. Will be back for cake and donuts next.

We got our wedding cake from Victoria Yum, (a vanilla tier, a carrot cake tier, edible flowers), and it was excellent. The price was very reasonable, and the care on collection was much appreciated. Most importantly - the cake received many compliments, and unusually, there was no cake left for us to take home by the end as it was so delicious! We also recommend the lovely café for a smaller (although very generous!) slice and tea.

One of my favorite cafés in town, which is saying a lot since there are so many wonderful ones in Colchester! I've never been let down by their food and they make the most lovely scones. I had a brie & cranberry sandwich the last time I was there, which was possibly the best one I've ever had and compelled me to finally write a review.

Everything about this place is gorgeous. From the decors outside and more so when you go inside. Not just that, they serve the best cakes and cupcakes in Colchester. Victoria yum has a signature style and taste that keeps me and my family coming back for more. Everyone here is also so friendly and so nice. It makes you feel like you are having tea and cake at the comfort of your home. Glad to have Victoria Yum here in Colchester ❤️
