Mediterranean Cake House

Firstly the lettering was written very poorly and my partner had to ask them to write it again. They young lady did say “ she is not the one who designs the cake “
Secondly the cake tasted rushed and dry very disappointed as I brought a birthday cake from them many years ago before they refurbished and it tasted so good !
Not too sure what happened this time

It was the first time I bought here and the truth to start with was unfortunate service, a lady with no desire for anything attended us, with a bad face all the time and not at all friendly, no matter how much we smiled we did not get a better deal, it may be that she is racist to Latinos but it was not friendly at all...

Most terrible cake I ever had. They promised us to do the cake by the photo we showed them and when we went to pick it up was totally different, no colour and the print dirty photo to add it on top, costomer service is 0.

These people went above and beyond and spoke to me in great detail about the inside and out, offering me all options. I said not to bother even trying to write most of the Japanese characters as too hard, but she took the time to do so anyway and did it beautifully. This is a 3d sweet ink drawing that they have. There are several clues on the cake as to why I chose the butterfly, so really they can do anything. I also saw other complicated cakes (edible figurines on the top) in the shop and it is worth going through their two portfolios of photos of ones they have done before to see if one can be built similar to your own. Went there today ....bought 2 slices of a cake. Got home and both of them were dry from sides. After 3 days cake not being sold it should be taken out of the display. But my 2 slices have been on there for way more than that even the cream was solid hard .

Cake taste likes sand and it was made days before, please don't waste money I'm very upset, in my son birthday everyone was disappointed everything went well except the cake. The lady staff behaviour is so Worst no kindness and always with a rude and annoyed face. I wish I could give zero rating.

the clerk is rude, she doesn't serve very well, and her cakes have been on display for a long time, I bought one and it was green inside from how soggy it was. Horrible her attention and her cakes.

Amazing place, staff are very helpful, Cakes are always delicious have been buying all our families birthday Cakes for 14 years.
