Very very bad customer service, I ordered my son’s Photo Birthday cake and when I reached there to collect my order. one lady who was working there, she told me them photo machine is not working so they are not able make cake so I said ok then cancel my order. So started fighting with me we can’t cancel order, you can collect simple cake. I said I paid more money for photo cake, if I need simple cake so why I pay more money. So not ready to help me, she started to fight with me. No one ready to listen and help to customer in this store. When I sanded e-mail to manager about bad customer service and staff behaviour, Manager also told me ohh you have a time to send big mail. Very very bad experience. They spoiled my son’s birthday.😡. Never order cake in this store unless you want spoil your occasion. Very very bad customer service. No one even ready to listen you or support you, they don’t have customers value.

I ordered my son’s Birthday cake n it was one of the yummiest cake so fresh, light n fluffy with balanced sweetness. Customer service was excellent. They explained briefly which was really helpful to make a good choice. Highly recommend

We got cake today it was just basic shelf cake, taste was amazing, will definitely go again

I bought two dozen cupcakes for £1 each from this shop (total £24). They were on sale and had I known that they were rock solid then I would not even have taken them even if they were free. Ruined my
daughters birthday. Next time i will buy a large tray of readymade cupcakes from Tesco’s!

They designed my daughter birthday and my friend wedding anniversary cake, received delivery on the day and time but honestly both cakes were excellent designed plus great taste. The service what we received from them which was undoubtedly great which lead me to give them another order soon.
