D & D Cakes & Pastry

This is the 3rd time i ordered a cake from this patisserie. It was for my daughter's first birthday so i wanted something special. The cake didn't look like the one in the picture. Her name was suppose to be among trees with flowers on them. I got her name only writen with plain chocolate letters and no flowers. I was disappointed and they didn't try to replace it or make it look like the one in the picture . They never told me they couldn't do it. I could have chosen a different cake. The design with the trees it was what caught my eye in the first place.

I ordered a cake which was £43, I asked for big writing stating the name and event however I received a bubble shaped piece of small icing in the middle with the writing written similarly to the font you write with a marker. The writing was written in a sharpie kinda of font which was very not aesthetic. The aesthetic of the cake over all looked very basic and cheap with minor decoration as there were only a couple of butterflies and flowers. I am very disappointed as the cake was for a very special event, and it looked very cheap looking and definitely rushed. The writing wasn’t even fancy it was a basic lower case font in which you write notes like. Overall I am never going to order from this place again as the quality of the cakes are very disappointing and definitely not worth the money. I feel like I have been ripped off and therefore I would like a refund.

Went into this shop with high hopes as it look and smelt amazing. Me, my mother and my partner were having a little bit of a browse and the lady behind the counter looked very angry about that. She then proceeded to start talking to my deaf mother, trying to get her to hurry along with her order. Professional is something that I value highly and this shop had none.

Went into this shop yesterday for the first time and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised by what I had seen from the shop window and thought it was rather expensive.
I found that it was anything but and that the range of products they had was wide and varied, and the chocolate éclairs were honestly one of the BEST that I have EATEN.
I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS Pastisseri, it is very clean and they have all the necessary protections in place.

Very bab customer services. My wife was very excited to buy the little cakes but the girl who was working today Sunday the 5th of September very bad. I don't recommended this place. They have to work on their CUSTOMER SERVICE.☹
