Last week I visited the shop to order a cake for my son's cake smash celebration. They made it very beautiful cake we all loved it . Special thanks to Abi, I was asked her like I need a cake matching with the theme. They made it up to our expection.

Today I gone for buy a cake then I ask who is serving lady. What is inside the cake she didn't give me any reply. She is looking like very anger person. I'm very disappointed every time I will go cake box high street before friendly customer service they did but today I feel very horrible

I ordered 18" blue cake for my son 5 birthday when I open the box for cutting I was shocked is in pink color .in all guest I feel my insult not happy at all

I ordered 40 chocolate cupcakes with Adam and his mum. Absolutely stunning, ready on time,boxed well and they were so tasty. My guests were very impressed with them and we will be returning to buy more. Priced well and it's just nice to know they are eggless and yummy. Great friendly service too.
