Fantastic place. There is a very lovely lady who helped me sort my sons birthday cake. Her service was beyond my expectation. They made my sons bday cake in very short notice. Fabulous cake. Thank you.

Sometimes the quality of the cakes are decent sometimes not so much…. The cakes have WAY more cream than sponge.

One slice is way too much for 1 person!! It’s far too sweet and ruins your taste buds for a while.

Also I’ve bought cakes which seemed a tiny bit stale.

Pricing is £4 per slice.

I regularly get birthday and occasion cakes from Cakebox Hounslow West, and it's not my nearest branch... And parking is a bit difficult.... But I prefer the service here and the quality of the cakes. Staff are so friendly and welcoming.
The website is so very easy to use. Recently I ordered a collection for a 10" chocolate and cream cake (S125) for my Mums 80th...so amazingly tasty and moist. One slice wasn't enough!

Staff were very friendly. Service second to none. Cake was delicious. Reasonable price as well. Very impressed.

Very sweet deep in side lots of syrups put that into the cake and also put too much James and cream, quality is very poor , just spend time to make decoration on top but cake itself very small inside , you can see this picture
