i order this cake for my son’s birthday. that cake was not in thier menu bt i tell him (sony sidhu) about the cake and result was amazing . it is so lovely to see and yummy as always 😋 thnks to sony sidhu who make this lovely cake and kingstreet staff for amazing service . sooooo happy 😀😀😀😀😀

A cake that was not in the menu. I explained the lady what I wanted and the result is amazing .. my son was in 9th cloud as he loves bees 🐝. Thank you Paul's Bakery King Street Southall.

Absolutely disgusted with this place. Cake writing looked like a child had wrote on it. The colour of the cake was wrong. I paid extra 3£ for fruit and no fruit inside. Tried to complain to the branch who was very unprofessional. The owner called me and was Absolutely rude and unprofessional. I am disgusted with the customer service and the freshness of this cake. Cake box will get a high rating from me & will not ever be ordering from pauls bakery again !! DISGUSTED !!!

I always bought cakes from Paul's bakery king'street ..they have good variety of cakes ...I taste their all varieties of cakes ..and all flavours gives me always satisfaction..and they have well behaved staff as well..even in future I would like to buy cakes from Paul'bakery ..
