Cake Box Dagenham

The customer service in here is shocking, twice I’ve visited this store to purchase cakes and both times served by SHAKI - she’s rude and very unprofessional. Second visit I wanted to order a birthday cake for my daughter and she wasn’t helpful at all!!!!! I knew nothing about ordering one as I normally get one already designed. No effort, No smile, No please or thank you! As a local business owner - I will not be recommending this store.
She needs customer service training!!!

Bought 3 cakes from here. All tasted stale like they'd be there for days we couldn't even finish them the cream was also disgusting. Nothing like it used to be

Very clean shop,staff helpful. Lovely cakes and they ice them for you with a message. Balloons and candles available too. Small individual cakes also available & open till 6.30pm saved the day thankyou.
