Cake Box Leicester (Narborough Rd)

First time user today. I purchased a slice the coconut supreme( Victoria sponge base) and I can honestly say it's got to be the tasting cake I've had for decades! The sponge was so lightweight and the cream filling was gorgeous. The lady who served me was very pleasant and friendly. The shop was very clean. I would highly recommend for all cake lovers. Definitely be going back for another buy soon. 😋😋

5 stars! Delicious, light, classy looking cakes and very efficient service. My daughter's go to for every birthday. Longer than average opening hours suit busy people too! Birthday balloon lasted ages!

I love the cakes from this shop. I went to pick up a cake that I ordered online and I have nothing but good things to say. The Victoria sponge and red velvet has to be the best in my opinion. Worth the money.

I’ve been to the shop a few times already and their cakes are always impeccable; I’m never disappointed. It’s a clean and tidy shop. The cakes are freshly made with good variety to choose from.
Also the customer service is always amazing. The guy that works there (Bobby) is always ready to help and answer all questions.

My wife has just brought the cake from cake box Narborough road, Leicester for my Birthday. When we cut the cake we found a hair inside. We really felt very disgusted. We tried calling the shop multiple times but no answer. There is no other options right now to get another cake due to Christmas Eve so our day has been totally ruined. Very unprofessional from this branch
