Got a lovely gluten free cake for my son's 18th birthday, he's type 1 diabetic, and celiac. So quite hard to get something nice for diabetics, but found this place. Beautifully moist gluten free cake that even my fussy 13 year old, whose not a diabetic, loved. As you can see from the pic. Lol. Highly recommend trying them. Thanks bakerdays.

Fantastic first and foremost! Website is very easy to use and for the personalisation of that very special cake is so simple. Photo upload was a piece of cake! 😉 Set it at the date I wanted it to be delivered and there was no delays nor any problems! Packaging was EXTRA carefully done with no damages. Considering the heatwave we've had, they really made sure it was packed with tons of care for their customer. I've had a few of their cakes in the past and they have never failed me. Also, the cake was so delicious! Not an ounce of dryness or over any problems. Highly recommend for any special occasions for that personal touch. I ordered a cake with a zebra pattern for an animal themed birthday party. The photo I sent them looked great on the cake and everyone loved the taste, especially the birthday boy! Highly recommend this company.

I recently purchased a cake from this business for my daughter's 3rd birthday.
It was a custom made cake with an image of Sully from monsters Inc on top of it.
The cake turned out better than I imagined it would, the design was perfect and it tasted amazing, plus my daughter was really happy.
The service was second to none, I was kept up to date with the cakes progression and all my emails and calls were returned straight away. I would definitely recommend this business for anyone wanting a cake for any special occasions.10/10

Ordered a photo cake from Bakerdays at 1.30pm and by mid morning the following day it was delivered! Excellent customer service with numerous order updates, super fast delivery, and the cake tasted absolutely delicious with the regular sponge filling! Would certainly use them again and highly recommend them.

This was how my £40 cake arrived. Obviously I couldn’t use it as it had been exposed to the air so no doubt would have been stale. I communicated with the company for over two weeks by email and phone and all they wanted to offer me was another cake - missed the point really, the occasion had gone. The cake itself was smaller than they claimed and had a cheap pre printed icing circle on the top. I’ve bought better cakes in the local supermarket. Don’t waste your money.

Repeat customer. I feel grateful that my cakes were delivered intact to London after multiple purchase. Thanks to the careful packaging and attentive courier service. Perhaps the taste of cake is not top notch for me, but Bakerdays will always be my first choice when it comes to personalized cake design with affordable price.

Cake arrived on time, perfect design, however I ordered traditional Jam
And cream sponge and chocolate sponge arrived. (Wouldn’t have normally been an issue but the persons who’s cake it was doesn’t eat chocolate) Tried to contact the company on 4 different occasions via telephone and email but after nearly 3 weeks I have not even had an acknowledgment response! Such a shame, all I would have liked would have been an apology plus send another cake or money back but the lack of customer service made me write a review out of anger and frustration. Upto you if you want to take the risk and order from here, however if something is wrong with the final product don’t expect any response.
