An amazing service with delicious cakes. I have never liked cakes but trying their homemade chocolate cakes with beautiful designs on top will never fail to impress you. The design on the cake is different, unique and talented. The inside of the cake is well made with mouth bursting with flavours as it melted in my mouth. I can’t explain how much I love this shop, the people works there, the service and their extraordinary cakes!

We ordered 3 cakes from this place for the first time. Two number cakes and one round shape. I must say the cakes were fresh soft and really tasty. My whole family loved it. 4 stars cos order instructions given were not followed which was important part of the theme but definitely order from here again.

I have ordered from here on many occasisons and cakes from the Pantry have now become a favourite of mine. I have found in other cake shops the icing is too sickly, but here the cakes themselves are light and fluffy and the icing is not to sweet which has proven to be a perfect combination. I am a particular fan of the drip cakes which I am looking forward to for my own birthday. The staff are also lovely. Would highly recommend!

First time ordering a cake from here. Was persuaded by the reviews to try it out. We usually order our cakes from another well known company but I've never been too fond of their quality or taste of cakes. I placed my order online for a Thomas the tank engine birthday cake for my son. The cake was absolutely beautiful to look at! So beautiful that I didn't want my son to cut into it! I received a lot of compliments about the cake from the staff at my sons nursery. "Very light and fluffy and just soft and tasted so much better other cakes!" so I was a very very happy mummy and extremely happy customer! Me and my husband loved the texture and the attention to detail! My husband picked up the cake and said the lady who served him was nice and polite. We will definitely be ordering all our future cakes from this branch! Thank you so much for being a part of my sons 3rd birthday!

The best birthday cakes ever, I've ordered my son's birthday cake twice from here and have recommended to three other people who have also ordered and haven't been disappointed. Staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Will continue to use and recommend

I was a little concerned about the look of the birthday cake at first thinking it a wrong order, however when you're cake-collecting for the evening party what else are you gonna do but go with it and hope it tastes great? (I later found out the page description clearly says the cake appearance varies depending on size).

Despite my initial concern, the little shop was so pretty and flowery and charmingly decorated, and the lovely lady there completely won me over, with her concern that I was taking the cake by tube (don't ever do that please), and her wonderful empathetic customer service.

As to how the cake itself turned out that evening, well, I don't know how this gateau was conceived, but simply put, it is one of the best cakes I've ever ordered from anywhere in London. No exaggeration. Fresh, light, moist, I was still enjoying it several days after the birthday party, and only wish I had a bit more!

Absolutely not my last time going to Pantry at Dagenham!

Cakes are delicious, moist and soft! Have used other shops but travelled further to come here after enjoying a birthday cake. I have only tried the ones from the display. Even the iced flower shape for writing was really good, and usually I don't like thick icing. Reasonably priced as well. Also, it's called lux cakes and not pantry Dagenham

I phoned very late notice on a Thursday to order 12 cupcakes for pick up on the Friday.
My son is quite fussy with cupcakes but I'm so glad I ordered from here. They were light & fluffy & the cream was perfect. My son was very impressed. Will definitely order from here again. Thank you.
