Cakes and Bakes by Sam

Have to say a massive thank you to Sam for the best and most beautiful wedding cake I could ever imagine. Me and my mum did some serious research on wedding cakes and there are so many beautiful choices which can make the decision much harder. However, I had a vision which Sam designed so beautifully and with the help of my florist providing fresh flowers, Sam made the vision 100% perfect!
We had 3 flavours, chocolate, lemon and biscoff and all were just amazing. Everyone commented on how beautiful and tasty the cake was and I am so happy it fit perfectly with our magical day. We would 100% recommend Sam to anyone and wish her and her business all the luck in the future!!! 😊

Sam is truly a wonderful baker. Her work and professionalism are impeccable. One of the main things I liked about her other than her fabulous cakes is her honesty, she gives the best advice when it comes to your ideas and designs, more importantly what she can do with her baking skills. Her cakes are flawless and taste as great as they look. Sam does exactly what you want her to do and communicates well with you to get your final design. Amazing cakes! I use Sam as much as possible for every cake. I was lucky that she’s done every birthday cake for me since I was 18. She did an amazing engagement cake for me and my wedding cake. She has done every birthday cake for my daughter, my husbands birthday cake is to come! I always give Sam a challenge with Star Wars, Harry Potter, D&D and all things geeky! She never fails to amaze me and takes every challenge on. I couldn’t recommend a better cake maker than Sam. It’s not even just the amazing decoration, the cake is always delicious!

I’ve recommended Sam to all my friends and family, people always ask who made the cakes because they are amazing. I always trust she will do an amazing job and never lets me down!

The experience starts with a great welcome at a beautiful home. Sam is an absolute maestro with creating cakes. A lot of cakes I’ve had in the past may look great but they don’t always deliver in the taste department. There’s none of that here! The outstanding presentation is matched by the amazing taste and texture of each masterpiece Sam makes for you. We have been getting all of our cakes from her for the past few years and we won’t go anywhere else. The only downside isn’t even a downside, it’s you’re own fault if you don’t get your order in quick enough for whatever occasion you need your cake for.
We order up to a year in advance so we don’t miss out on getting our daughters birthday cake. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Cakes by Sam to anyone who is looking for a professional, beautiful and tasty cake for all occasions.

Sam has created several beautiful show stopping cakes for me/my children. No theme is off limits and Sam goes above and beyond to bring my vision to life. Whether it be three superhero’s on one cake with a hulk fist or power ranger sword sticking out the top or the most intricate girlie carousel cake, the detailing is just incredible. Every cake I have had has tasted just as amazing as it looked too. Sam is so unbelievably talented I cannot recommend her cakes enough x

Sam did our wedding cake, a design I showed her a rough photo of and she created a masterpiece! 3 tiered waterfall effect and different cake on each tier! The cake was stunning. 1000% recommend.

I asked Sam if she could make a cake for my sons christening and she did an amazing job! She created a beautiful 2 tier cake which tasted as good as it looked! Sam was also super helpful when I was struggling to pick a design. Thank you for you help and patience! 😜
My only disappoint is I didn’t save more slices for my self before ensuring our guests had cake to take home! Thank you again!!

Sam has done a few cakes for us, including an amazing Harry Potter themed cake, an engagement cake and a huge, absolutely gorgeous wedding cake! We’re always back for more!
