We always go to this chain (or Leicester) for our birthday cakes!. You can choose from a variety of designs and toppings in store or online, and also get a custom message.

The cakes are always so decidant and moreish. It is rich and so light!.

Always best to pre order in advanced to ensure you get everything you want but we ordered very last minute (on the day) and they still provided it for us to a fabulous standard!

Definetly worth the price and taste even if you have eggs!

I ordered a birthday photo cake for my boyfriend’s birthday.The cake was really delicious.He just loves it.I made a photo collage with5 photos and was worried that it fits in.But it was perfect and mind catching. You made our day beautiful.The taste was really amazing.So happy to made our day so special with the cake I love.Thank you so much cake box team .

I was visiting UK and my brother inlaw brought these delicious pastries while I was quarantine in his house. YUM 😋

I am so glad to get a cake for my sisters birthday, from cake box. Everything was super perfect. The design, texture, layers, sweetness. Definitely would recommend this place to anyone in need of a cake.

My experience here was very bad. I asked the lady for a fresh vanilla cake and she took out one with chocolate sprinkles, I asked if it was vanilla just to be sure and she said yes. Fast forward when I got home and we cut the cake it came out to be chocolate so we decided to compromise on that but it wasn’t even fresh when I especially asked her to give me a fresh one. This is the second time this has happened, would not recommend this place.

This is an honest review from a father who went to get a cake for his son. The day before my son's birthday I went to the store and chose a cake from the display section, I asked the cashier multiple times if the cake that I took would be fresh, the cashier replied yes. As you can see in the photos the cake that I got was the same one as the one that was in the display section the day when I made the order!! i advise to all people not to order cakes from this shop because they don't just lie to the customers but also make bad cakes

I really love their cake but am disappointed by the fact that they lie to your face when asking if the slice cakes are fresh from today, I already had day old cake before so wanted to make sure it didn't happen again... the girl at the counter told me it was fresh and to let her know how it was 😆😆 what a joke!!!!

Always been nice, fresh cake every time from Cake box. Bought a red velvet and a chocolate strawberries cake this evening. And the chocolate cream has turned hard and brittle.

Red velvet is still very soft and lovely. I hope this is an one off incident.
