Eggfree Cake Box

Order cakes from cake box on a regular basis. No problems in the past. I would have thought cake box pride in their appearance, the cake was a gift and the handwriting looks terrible. Not very presentable at all or up to the usual standards the company pride in

Had two cakes for pregnant colleagues leaving parties and both times they were huge hits!! Definitely recommend, as this company makes delicious and light cakes

The best cakes in the world! Got a cake to celebrate mine and my sisters results day and everyone loved the cake! Definitely recommend and also appreciate how they are halal as I plan of getting one to take to work at some point!!

We bought the cake on Friday. We have ask for particular one but wasn’t available. Unfortunately the lady on the till wasn’t helpful as she don’t even try to sell other cake for us, she didn’t offer anything else.
Cake was ok, but make sure who is serving people. The first impression is made only once.

We had two cakes from here, one for a cake smash and one for my little boys birthday! The store was brilliant so helpful and the cakes are amazing we got comments that's its the nicest cake people have ever had!

Shocking customer service from the Preston branch. I placed the order online on Monday 17th October, for the Preston branch. Went to pick it up they said they didn't have it, later found out somehow the order had been sent from online system to London store. Manager refused to give refund at the London store. I eventually managed to speak to the Regional manager who oversees the Preston branch. He assured me that he'll get the refund sorted out and me to place an order for a cake at the Preston one. After 10 days of trying to chase the refund, the Manager said you need to Email Head office and they'll sort it out. So I emailed on the 27th October and I'm still waiting to hear off them. I'm not holding my breathe for a refund now. I'm definitely not coming here again and I've told all my family members to do the same. It's a joke, non of the in store had any idea what was going on and kept saying ring tomorrow.

Great customer service (sagida) easy to order loved the cake

Today I order one birthday cake and they have confirmed the delivery time between 15.00 to 17.00 pm but this was not delivered yet. I contacted them but they did not answer properly. I paid extra above 11 pounds for delivery charges also. This is my first and last time experience. I will never buy anything from there and never suggest this shop
