I went there to buy some delicacies for my family to enjoy. I was overwhelmed by the customer support and how thoughtful they were. As a customer with certain food preferences (no gelatin from animals) I was told by the staff what contained gelatin and what didn't after I mistakenly chose a cake which contained animal gelatin. I would thoroughly recommend anyone to pop down and buy some lovely food from here. I will definitely go again

I expected clean tables. The one we sat at was piled with used plates and cups as well as cream smeared over the table. For a place that charges £25 for tea for 2 I expected better. It took so long to bring the order that I almost gave up but there did seem to be only 2 children serving.

Divine lemon cheesecake plus many more high quality, not too sweet pastries and other types of delicious snack. Great coffee and tea too. Love their green tea! Bright open environment.

Purchased £15 worth of food and drinks, as I handed the cash over I said I have a card (referring to the sign by till "Camberley Reward scheme 10% off") by the time I handed over the card she told me it's too late I've put the cash through, I said I wanted the 10% off and she said she couldn't refund. I said I ctold you I was getting a card and she just kept repeating herself that she could not refund. She just couldn't be bothered, I sat and waited for the quiche to be warmed up which took ages. It still wasn't very warm, I took one mouthful and spat it out it was vile, I think she had laced it with a load of salt. Absolutely appalling service and food, I will not be returning.

Made the regretful decision to eat here with my wife on a Saturday lunchtime. Ordered two ciabatta rolls with a flat white coffee and a can of coca cola. Took forever to get served and once we did get the rolls they were both stale tasting and very dry and did not have any butter or spread in them which did not help. The coffee was not very good either, I can make better in my machine at home and I'm no barista. Still at least the coca cola was nice and cold, but you can't really muck that up can you!
This is the first time I've eaten in Pattiserie Valerie and as you can guess it will be my last!

Oh, lady who served me - you never should put a bill to a box with cake. Sticky printed paper with.. chocolate. It’s just not right.
However ordered cake was tasty.

Ridiculous price. If you half the size of the cakes keeping the same price you effectively double your costs! How long will this chain last after Brexit?

Had afternoon tea here today 14/3/20 . Finger sandwiches were no more than 1 inch thick and bread was dry .
Four pots of jam for scones but one was marmalade cream was in a tiny pot not enough for two and scones small .
Two one bite eclairs two pieces of carrot cake a mini chocolate cake and a mini and I mean mini Victoria sandwich . Four o e bite quiches ,
Not a good experience £25-00 paid could have gone elsewhere and had two meals for that ,
Not impressed would not recommend,
