Love love love! This is my second time ordering, and again, very satisfied! I purchased a birthday cake for my friend, and all my guests loved the cake! The ferrero rocher cake was moist and perfectly sweetened!

The Ferrero cake was absolutely amazing. It tasted really creamy and soft. Haven’t eaten such cake in a long time. Would definitely buy it again!!

Very nice presentation of the cake and it was very tasty. And I need to say one thing they closed the shop because it was out of business hours and I called my friend were she works,she spoke with the manager and she opened the shop and done with the cake I felt very happy. Excellent customer service 👏.

I am not a cake person nor like sweet stuff much but had their cakes few times and they are very nice and nothing like others I have tried.

Absolutely amazing cakes! i was searching for a last minute cake and happened to find this hidden gem of a place. Placed an order at 12pm and it was ready within 2hrs! the detailing of the cake was beautiful and just how i asked for it to be for a 21st birthday. i was definitely impressed without even tasting it However, after tasting this cake i was sold that all my future cakes will be brought from here! i can promise you that it was better than most other cake shops in Hatfield. The staff are also very kind and friendly, i felt very welcomed and accommodated by the service provided. A big thank you to the staff members for making a perfect birthday happen!!

This is my first time ordering from this company and I have to say, it’s probably the worst experience I’ve had from a cake maker.

Firstly, after mentioning that I want the writing on the cake to be black twice, the owner had the audacity to put the blame on me saying we did not ask. It was literally the first message I sent to the owner.
After telling her to check the messages, she apologises and tells me to to bring the cake back to her to fix. She has taken no responsibility on her part. But the problems did not just stop there. The cakes were delivered 45 minutes late which we paid for the delivery , despite only being 3 miles away from the shop itself…
I paid for the delivery, and there was no remorse whatsoever, I said twice that it is not the cake we wanted, and that the writing is completely wonky, it seemed to be rushed, and I think my 7 year old niece could have done a better job.
After arguing on the phone for 10 minutes, she again had the audacity to only give 5% off the NEXT order. Why on earth would I go to her again after this joke?
Please do not ever order from here as they really do not care about the customers, they only care about the money!
The prices for these cakes are not justified at all.
Stay away at all cost.
Very very unprofessional and rude.
Most of the good reviews are most definitely fake, they’re all from one specific ethnic group!
Please please please stay away!!!!!
