Junior Cupcakes

We ordered a cake for my daughter on line due to be collected on Sunday 21st September. When I arrived, I found out there had been some confusion over the order and therefore my cake was not ready. The owner was extremely apologetic and got the Baker to come in and make another cake. Not only did they make the biggest most gorgeous cake in the world - the Baker hand delivered it to my brother's house in Linford, Hampshire (35 minute drive from Guildford)!

They rectified the problem immediately AND went out of their way (at their own cost) to make sure my daughter had her birthday cake!

A real example of the difference a small business can make in providing a very personal service - I doubt I would have received the same care from a large chain store.
