Simply Scrumptious Cakes & Classes by Liz Berwick

Had a wonderful session with Liz & my 12 year old daughter. We came away with 12 beautifully decorated cupcakes each, and the confidence we could go it alone at home and achieve the same results - and we did! The morning with Liz flew by, she’s a great teacher and it was a relaxed, fun and enjoyable experience - thanks so much! We want to come back and learn drip cakes!

Liz makes the most amazing cakes, have been using her for over 10 years and would not go anywhere else if I was ordering cakes. Tasty and moist, excellent range of flavours. She is friendly and helpful to deal with, and very approachable. I attended one of her first cup cake decorating classes with a friend several years ago which was so much fun, and looking forward to taking my daughter to one in the near future now she is big enough. Highly recommended, and her recipe book is excellent too 👍

Liz really does make extremely tasty cakes. I love the fact that she tries to source as many organic ingredients as possible, adapts her recipes to be gluten free or vegan and can be totally replied upon. Her cupcake recipe book is a favourite in our house and her recipes work everytime. I have always found Liz to be helpful, knowledgeable, professional and passionate about making high quality, delicious cake! My go to cake guru. Can't recommend her enough.

I had a special request for Liz, whilst also not really giving her much direction….she did amazingly well to create a cake suitable for a Mother’s Blessingway ceremony - to honour a mum to be. She made the most delicious orange and cardamom cake , which was light and feminine with gorgeous edible flowers. It was perfect for the occasion. Thank you so much Liz!

I ordered a cake for my sisters 30th birthday and it was perfect! Absolutely delicious and you can tell it was make with such care! Definitely recommend to anyone looking for cakes for any occasion

Myself and two friends asked Liz to come and give us a cake decorating session at home for one of my friend's birthday and what an amazing time we all had! My birthday friend is a good cupcake maker and decorator but me and my other friend are complete novices! I was so chuffed to have been able to create this and it will be a present for my mum - she had better give me some haha. Liz is very competent as well as patient with her students and she also brought everything to create this beautiful cupcake bouquet with her so I can highly recommend you giving this course a go!
