Jo's Cakes & More

We attended a christening where Jo's cakes provided the cake and the detail on the cake was beautiful. They also provided a sweet cart which was a big hit, well recommend.

Unfortunately I have had some poor reviews. It’s no excuse but COVID-19 has had an effect on myself as it has hundreds of people. My mental health has had a detrimental effect on my work life. I am now working at my usual “self”. I do apologise to the customers I have let down. I just hope they will, in time, forgive me.

My daughter loved it would definitely recommend Jo's cakes and more Brilliant service all the way, I would absolutely 100% recommend , not only for the cake which is spectacular in every way and probably best seen to be believed but also for 5 star service and was equally as amazing, and friendly. Approach with caution. I ordered a Wedding cake and Cupcakes for Friday 18th June . Only the Wedding Cake arrived with the explanation Jo was not well and they had a Food fair to prepare for. They would refund the money for the Cupcakes. No contact . Called on 22/06 received a refund for cupcakes at my instigation. They do not care about their customers I am not sure what happened here.

I have just picked up the most fantastic detailed and beautiful cake for my father's surprise 70th birthday. He will be absolutely gobsmacked! Thank you Jo. You have done a wonderful job - you are very talented!!! X

The best cupcakes I've ever had! Not sickly, moist, delicate..just perfect! Customer service was perfect too

We turned up to collect a cake for our daughters 18th birthday party which was later that day, only to be told that they’d forgotten to make it! Deposit refunded but shocking. Very disappointed ☹️
