I bought a scope from them at internet prices and when i found it wasn't what i wanted they did all they could to help me get what i wanted

After being told by a number of camera shops it wasn't possible to get a replacement battery cover for my camera, the suggestions were either fasten it up with gaffer tape or buy a new camera, incidentaly the camera had cost £400 new, I took it to The Camera centre who repaired it in a couple of days a a cost of £25. A first class service thanks.

I loved this friendly, no pressure, little shop, bursting at the seams with cameras of all kinds. The lady who ran the shop gave me advice at no cost. I shall certainly return if I need a repair.

Be very careful when buying anything from this shop. The lady was lovely and helpful when I went in to buy a camera for a last minute holiday. When I got the camera home it was faulty and I couldn't use it. When I tried to take it back to the shop, the lady was like a different person altogether. Nasty, aggressive and wouldn't even let me demonstrate what the problem was. I think she was well aware that she had sold me faulty goods, and told me under no circumstances would she give me a refund. She obviously knows how to work the system and I wouldn't like her to cheat anyone else the way she has cheated me.

Lovely lady. The little shop is full of vintage lenses and cameras so if you're looking for something oldschool you'd probably find it.

Fantastic little camera shop FULL of all different types of cameras from £12.90p 120 film cameras fully working to all kinds of goodies that you need for most cameras …hopefully they will still be around for a few more years before retirement ….which is why there selling everything to retire
