Jessops

Staff didn't seem to have a grip on anything. I even had to be given a hand written receipt as their printer was broken. Staff wasn't overly knowledgeable, got my photos printed in the wrong size and store was messy. This isn't the Jessops I remember from a couple of years back.

Very impressed with the service here! Went in to get some photos printed, had already got the frames and as well as printing they put the photos in the frames for no extra cost! To me the customer service was over and above. Will I be using them again, yes I definitely will! Very happy customer!

Yeah they are very good actually. And honest. Each time I went there regarding a camera or a purchase they've been honest, and had some good advice regarding lenses.
They didn't try to baffle me or confuse me, and the sales team knew what they were talking about pretty much.

I recently purchased a tripod for international videography projects and they've assisted and sold me the perfect tripod for the job. Bravo. Thank you jessops and nice work 👍

First time visiting the other week and went in to get a photo printed off my phone. After a bit of a hiccup trying to get my phone to connect, I managed to print the photo I wanted. But it was the wrong size. After asking a member of staff for advice, they happily helped me to choose the correct size and it was printed within 5 mins. Definitely going back to get some special presents for family and friends.

A GREAT TEAM at Gloucester Jessops! We have used this shop now for 3+ years for photographs, frames etc and all staff have been helpful. We have recently purchased a small Canon Camera for our holiday and whilst choosing the camera the team helped throughout. Time was taken to answer all of our questions and at no point where they "pushy" to sell. After, we returned for help setting up the Canon App to download the pictures to our smartphones and without issue, they helped again. Sadly, we drowned the camera on holiday and once again the team have been really helpful, sending the camera off to Canon and sorting things out. We can not speak highly enough about the staff at this shop and the costs are comparable with internet sites, but with these you don't get the staff! Thank you all very much for helping us out and we hope the team continues to provide such excellent service for many years to come.

I returned a used lens, bought online from Jessops, to this branch as the branch in Cardiff is no more. The staff were extremely helpful and the lens was sent for repair. Four weeks later I contacted them, and was told that the lens should be with me in a further two weeks. The following day I received notification that they had the lens. As I was in lockdown I asked if the lens could be posted to me. I was told that someone would drop it off at my address on their way home from work. This is service over and above anything that could be expected! Well done, and many thanks.

After months of trying to find somewhere to photocopy a photo bigger then A2 and reprint in HIGH QUALITY, i got recommended to visit jessops by Gloucester Framing Company. i went instore and within a short space of time a very helpful member of staff, Richard had my photo copied and stitched together and printed for me in no time. very professional and most of all helpful. also the copy came out excellent. Thanks!
