Was looking for a reputable camera dealer for a while and was very impressed at their other good reviews. Took the plunge and ordered a higher end Canon camera body which came quickly, was well packaged and was as described. I also got additional advice from them via email as to which lens would best suit my needs and although I purchased this elsewhere as they didn’t have it in stock, it’s been absolutely perfect for me!

Very, very happy with the service provided, which almost seems rare to find these days but highly recommend!!

Speedy, efficient, and helpful. Park Cameras exceeded my expectations on my recent order of a Sony video camera and lens. My product was delivered earlier than expected and was sent using a competent courier service (DPD). I spoke to the contact centre team twice and they were very helpful and polite on both occasions. Very impressed by my experience with Park Cameras.

Park Cameras have friendly, knowledgeable staff and a great range of stock. Also very competitively priced. Internet prices, but an actual shop with good customer service... what more could you ask for?

350 mile round trip today to deliver trade in items and collect new (for me) lens. Good trade in price and helpful and knowledgeable staff. Didn't have to travel can all be done by post but I prefer to do a deal face to face especially with trade in items.

I've been going to park cameras in Burgess Hill for the last year to use their scanning service, and I can't recommend them more! The staff are so friendly, and have been able to answer all my questions and deal with my requests, always being so helpful. Special thanks to Lauren for her help and patience!

The store is very nice and has a good layout, plenty of cameras to try and get a feel for. The staff were incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient whilst helping a beginner with limited knowledge and experience. The only downside to this place is the pricing, at least for the item I was looking at. Whilst I can understand a retail store charging more vs shopping online. The price difference in this case was pretty dramatic. The knowledge and experience the staff provide is fantastic. however, my opinion is that it doesn't validate a 25% price difference vs the pricing online.

I would absolutely shop here, even if it was still a little pricier. But 25% is a little too much extra to spend in my books.

Great camera shop. They are getting rare these days and it’s nice to be able to visit somewhere and try out gear before buying. Very knowledgeable staff too!
