Excellent store with a great selection of equipment (new and second hand). Friendly helpful staff who have years of experience with a wide range of camera equipment.
I have been buying and exchanging my camera equipment there since 2006. Their advice is invaluable and customer service is fantastic. My favourite shop.
BONUS: This is a muzak-free store - EXCELLENT.
This means we can focus on what we want without trying to escape irritating music forced upon us.

I didn’t catch the name of the man who helped me. But such helpful and sincere customer service. He really took the time to understand what I was looking for and explain my options clearly. Didn’t make me feel silly at all for being such a novice. Had an absolutely lovely chat with him about film, cameras and travel, made my day!

I recently made a purchase from London Camera Exchange. It almost immediately became apparent to me that, in my infinite stupidity, I had made an error in what I wanted. I emailed the store (at the Strand) and explained my situation. They immediately replied telling me to come in and they would fix things. They did, quickly, efficiently, and courteously. If the highest customer rating is a 10, then I would, with immense thanks, assign these people an 11.

Really great store! I’ve been to many stores in the area and this was the one that I choose to buy my lens! Not only it has a lot o different lenses it is a fair price!

I bought a used Nikon DSLR camera in reading last srping, suddenly an error appeared I have been told to bring in London brunch as our business is London based. The staff was really kind despite me calling few times to have news. They ended up to give me anothera camera because that one was not possibile to fix it.

don’t really recommend. Staff not very helpful as consultants nor very friendly in Chichester and also not in London. Prices just ok for used equipment and onlineshop required email to request item + then limited time for it’s availability

Very happy! I bought a secondhand 70-300 Tamron lens, I called up on the 22nd to order it, I wasn’t fussed whether I received the item before Christmas, however it arrived on the 24th!
I’m very happy with the lens and the customer service! Will definitely be back!
