Called looking for an item that is currently on a manufacturing delay. We had ordered elsewhere for my father in laws birthday and had been let down. The staff member answered the phone quickly, did a stock check and had the item. He put it to one side for me and saved the day! When I went to collect it I witnessed some fantastic customer service to the customer before me. He truly went the extra mile to make sure the customer could use his new camera. The product (a used flash ordered online) was in far better condition than I expected from the listing, especially for the excellent price. If it had been sold as a new, unopened product I would not have questioned the claim. Even the box was in immaculate condition.

Delivery time was good for the cheapest option, dispatched the same day I ordered, Saturday, received the following Tuesday morning, packed carefully.

I read the one-star reviews here and they are ridiculous. One email missed, an error in a website list price, stupid reasons for a poor review. This place really does deserve a 5-star review.
