A hide gem that has great clean facilities and amazing value for money. Flat pitches ideal for tents and very quiet. Chris the owner was friendly. We live over 3 hours away and will definitely return next year.

Really peaceful stay at this hidden gem. Lovely location. Quality restaurants, bars and shops, just a stones throw away. Not mention the interesting history at Coughton Court… it’s definitely worth a stay at Church Farm!

Little future hidden gem. Hours walk through countryside and lanes to quirky village shops easily. Plenty space for outdoor games. These low water pressure on site hit and miss with the hotwater tank. These goats and sheep chickens it's a working farm. The nights sky had no light pollution which was surprising as it's only 30- 45 mins drive from Birmingham.

Great CS campsite. Level, spacious, decent facilities and a moderate price.

Upon arrival we rang the owner who told us to pitch up at an electric pitch and he would come and see us later. A few days later he came over and asked our name and said he was sorting out the pitches for weekend. The toilets and showers were filthy, if we hadn't travelled so far we would of probably turned around and gone home. No handwash in the mens toilets for our entire stay, no paper towels in any toilets. Toilets/ showers were only cleaned once during our 5 night stay which resulted in blocked showers, leaking toilets and sinks. Grass field hadn't been cut for weeks, no control over late night noise. It's a shame could be a nice site if well managed and maintained! Good little shop when open, the girl who ran it was lovely. Cheap site but been to a lot better for the same price.

Ive been coming to this campsite with my family for four years. Never had a complaint even stayed in the 2 bed bunker.
Because of my health i rented the shepherds hut this year.
I specifically asked for my family to be near me in their tents as I struggle to walk and use a Mobilty scooter in an email months before arriving.
When we arrived I rang Chris who met us and he was not welcoming at all.
He instructed to put the tents over the total opposite side of the field to the shepherds hut.
I was then reminded several times only 2 adults were allowed in the hut.
At time of booking it said 2 adult 1 child but this had been changed.
I explained I’d already arranged for my 16 year old daughter and 14 year old son to stay with me.
But still I was reminded again and again adults only.
I then brought up the issue of the tents being so far away and the trouble I would have visiting my family as I hadn’t brought my scooter.
This fell on death ears and was told I couldn’t be trusted not to let my family visit me in the separate field for hut. I said I already messaged everyone they couldn’t.
I would of at this point not had gone ahead with booking but because of my disability I need access to a toilet.
After one day they then let the chickens run loose around the area. There was chicken poo everywhere even on the decking with the hot tub.
The chickens kept trying to escape every time I tried to get out gates.
So in the end I parked my car outside on camping field.
The gate to the field had chicken wire on it which fell off and cut my foot.
This was not fixed at all during my 3 day stay.
On Sunday I asked if we could sit in the field when my elderly aunt and uncle visited so they could have access to the toilet.
I was scolded and told he was never renting to me again as he only wants “young couples from Airbnb” I felt like crying.
The hut it’s self had a musty smell clearly mould had been scrubbed off walls leaving black dripping marks down the walls.
The water in the shower was scalding hot.
I complained the hot tub water was green but got a text saying it’s fine checked it on Friday.
Over all my experience has done the job and will not be returning.
This hut is not worth £120 per night price tag
I think Chris needs a lesson in customer service skills as no paying customer of a bill
Of £402(including a family tent 3 night stay) should be treated this way.
This campsite is not inclusive and disabled person friendly.
My husband and other children complained about the state of the communal toilets and were not happy either.

Do not come here if you are looking for quiet weekend away. If you're an older couple, better off looking for something else.

This place is absolutely full of groups of families, friends parties with children and drunk adults being really inconsiderate of others.

Shame really, it could be nice.
