This has been one of my favourite campsites and the surrounding area is so beautiful. The wardens were friendly and helpful, the pitches were generous and well looked after. The play equipment was also of a good standard. I would definitely return here.

Probably the best site I have been to. The shower facilities have been very well thought out and clean. The site was pretty much full however generous size pitches. Good for kids and dogs as well. Lots of helpful staff.

Large well maintained site with good pitches. 10 minutes walk on you are on the heath among the New Forest ponies. Bus stop right outside the entrance to catch the tour bus - £16 per person for all day travel. The site has very well maintained facilities and is visited 6 days out of 7 by food outlets - fish and chips, pizza or chilli every day except Wednesday.

Great site. Helpful staff. Pleanty of space to relax and enjoy your holiday. 2 playgrounds for children to play in and a pitch and put. Bike/dog cleaning facilities available on site. Most nights there is a take away van on site delivering fish and chips, pizza, hog roast or chilli. Local shops are.short drive away but good shop on site providing basics plus few extras.

Staff were on hand to advise on places to visit and how best to get around. The site is clean and facilities are cleaned regularly. It's a prefect site for cycling with the New Forest right outside the site entrance. We were there during the school holiday so loads of kids racing around on bikes and some in large groups. The site is surrounded by trees and shrubs so limited views of the New Forest from within.

Lovely well maintained site. Lovely facilities and friendly staff. Very quiet and dog friendly, with two enclosed dog walks. Bicycle hire available at the site and local take away food units visit the site most evenings too. From fish and chips, to hog roast and wood fired pizza.
Good playing areas for kids to let off steam too.

Nice caravan site. Good play area for children slightly away from the caravan area to keep noise down. A nice herb garden. There are two facilities, which means there will always be one open. It’s a big site but doesn’t feel big due to the layout.

I can not thank the staff of this site enough. I have recently returned from a fantastic week in the New Forest which was spoilt briefly by my vehicle being broken into and some personal belongings being stolen. Despite the inconvenience of having to arrange for a temporary replacement window the story has a happy ending! Whoever stole my belongings obviously didn’t find what they were looking for as they dumped everything by the side of the road. A very kind couple find them and returned them to the camp site. The staff then contacted me and half an hour later I had all my belongings back! So despite the pointless vandalism of some, thanks to the kindness of others all ended well. Thank you to the couple who found and handed in my belongings and the staff of the campsite for contacting me. There are more good people in the world than bad, thank you so much.
