Holsome Park Camping

This was an absolutely ideal campsite for us. A large open field with stunning views, the option to have a fire and very calm and peaceful. The facilities are good and very clean. Louise who runs the campsite was amazing. We arrived only to be subjected to storm Ellen (Aug 2020). Louise couldn't do enough for everyone, checking everyday everyone was ok and if they needed snything. Highly recommend and we will definitely stay here again.

Large open field, offers children's play area, shower and washing block, fridge and freezer for campers to use but please label your blocks and use at your peril as we had freezer blocks taken by other campers, this is no reflection on the site itself. There are free charger points for phones or power banks but these are not secure. Electric hook up is available on the site along with fresh meat products ordered direct from the farm. Louise and her husband are such lovely people who are there to help in high winds with spare pegs and support. Surrounded by beautiful countryside of Devon and only a 10~15 minute drive to supermarkets its an ideal spot we will definitely be back

Overall quite good. Showers and toilets are clean and there are enough of them bit the showers keep changing temperature and they have a timer button that only lasts about 20 seconds. The site was not crowded but was mostly on a hill. They do some free farm tours that was not bad. The little shop is fine. Cost acceptable. Most importantantly you can have fires, even on the ground.

Lovely site, clean and well kept, everyone was friendly and it was beautiful! Highly recommended!
