Tidy and we'll kept site. An amazing near 360 degree view of the peninsula. Electric hookups available. Hot water in the washrooms. There is a static caravan available to hire. Entertaining site owner. It is a shame that it only available to members of the Camping and Caravanning Club

Brilliant caravan and brilliant hosts. Stayed in the static caravan with a little one. Everything you could possibly need and more included. Really well thought out. Already booked again for the whole family in August. Think that says a great deal - fabulous area and the views are truly amazing . Authentic Wales in chilled and wonderful surroundings . Let the host Andrew show you the local butcher - amazing meat - I took some home . Just a wonderful place and area . It’s a real hidden gem 🤩

My wife and I visited Bryn Tawel for a short break in mid September. We found the owners friendly and helpful, the camping field was pleasant and quiet, and the toilet/shower facilities basic but clean. Recommended.

Very relaxing site in a gem of a location. Andy and Lynne are superb hosts and are happy to point you in the right direction for any places you need. We have been a number of times over the last few years and will return again.

A lovely week at a peaceful and beautifully maintained site. The caravan was perfect for our family of 4. The hosts were so helpful. We will be back x

After many childhood summers visiting Abersoch, I had somehow managed to miss the joys of the northern side of the Lyn Pennisula. Over forty years later I booked Bryn Tawel for my first post lockdown trip of 2021. Upon arrival I received the warmest of welcomes and was given a potted summary of the local beauty spots all within reach of the site. The magnificent Whistling Sands beach is a 5 minute drive, 10 minute bike ride or 30 minute walk from Bryn Tawel and the coastal walk from Porth Colmon to Traeth Porthor is magnificent. The site is located on a peaceful country lane, has extensive view across the western reaches of the pennisula, and sea views to the north. During my stay the clear skies meant that the sunsets and views of the night skies were some of the best I have seen in the UK.
