Garth Campsite

Beautiful spot! We will be back for sure. Easy to peg surface, great showers and toilet access. You can clean dishes in sink outside and there is access to drinking water, there is also access to bins (general and recycling).

The ground is not very even, so you need to look around and position yourself well. Only couple of flat surfaces, but if you get them, they are perfect.

There is food and bar nearby, with amazing view on lake!

Very picturesque campsite, reasonable prices and clean toilet/shower facilities. Very friendly owner, who is always around if you need help. No dogs or music allowed at this campsite, which makes this nice quiet spot. Great for re-connection with nature and place to unwind after full day of hiking.
The reason for not full stars in this review is that showers are charged extra, if the showers were included in the price per night would be definitely full stars! As there was nothing to fault.

Called around 5pm to book for the same night. Lady was very accomodating. Got on site around 11pm. it was very quiet but people were still up around their own little fires. Nice flat land to pitch on. Toilets were very clean in the morning. Had to leave early for a hike so went back after the hike to pay. Thomas was very welcoming and friendly. Would definitly go back and spend a weekend there..

Lovely campsite just by the lake so you can swim and paddle. Friendly and helpful owners, beautiful view of Snowdon and surrounding areas.
Campsite has no noise policy so it's nice and quiet. Good for families.

Spent an awesome 4 days at Garth Campsite this week with my partner. The views from the campsite are some of the best we have seen whilst camping in Wales. It is really reasonably priced. £64 4 nights for the two of us. The toilet and shower block is basic but fine for the price. Owners were friendly and left you to your own devices. Operate a no noise policy which is what we prefer. Fire pits free to use with wood to buy on site. Shower tokens £1 5 mins. You may find sheep 🐑 next to your tent when you wake up 👍

Excellent campsite. Owners very organised and friendly. Very quiet and everyone was polite and kept the noise down. Scenery is beautiful and surrounding areas are ideal for walks in Snowdonia. Toilets were well maintained and clean. We borrowed a log burner from the owner and bought logs from them to keep is warm after the sun had gone down. We will return for sure.

Wonderful location, just turned up and the gentleman was lovely allowed us to have a spot near trees so we could set up the hammock for its first test, near to the lake wonderful stroll as sun was setting. Will definitely be visiting here again.
