Liked: Beautiful beach nearby and station handy for going to Tenby. Clifford walks looking out to see are stunning. Plenty of clean shower and toilets across the site. Legally is a lovely little village but the approach was a little hairy in the motorhome, when the way and brought us through the village and there were parked cars. Lovely site, would come again.

Disliked: We had limited interaction with the site manager and would have perhaps appreciated some information on where to go, route to the beach, work provision eff when we arrived. However, she was very friendly and relaxed about letting us choose a pitch.

Liked: Lovely clean site with a seaview and very spacious pitches .
The lady who runs the site is lovely and very helpful and accompanies everyone to their pitch when they arrive onsite , this is very good because then nobody can say that you are setting up too close to them etc .
The bins and toilets/ showers are regularly maintained and there are some wet rooms with a shower /sink / toilet all in one which is very good .
It's a short walk to the quiet beach and there are a couple of pubs nearby. If you want to hop on the train , the station is very close by .
The ice - cream van comes onsite daily in the early evening which is a nice extra .
We'll definitely be returning again !!

Disliked: Nothing to dislike.

Liked: Our second year here and we still love it! The campsite is perfectly maintained, the showers have toilet, sink and shower in one room so you can get changed easy especially with kids it’s my favourite showers on any campsite I’ve ever been on!
It’s a 5min drive to center of Tenby and right on the link roads for all the attractions!
It’s has 3 brilliant local pubs within walking distance that all serve great food and a petrol station and shop also.

Disliked: Nothing

Liked: Close to beaches, penally a short walk to a lovely clean beach easy access into tenby, bus and railway in walking distance.
Individual toilet and shower for privacy.
Has wifi but we didn't ask for password.
Electric and water close to pitch
Bins were supplied and emptied daily,
Close to local pub and a restaurant.
Good pitches, well maintained , it is a nice site and we would return.

Disliked: It is on a main rd but quieter at night, didn't disturb our sleep.
10 amp electric, would prefer 16.

Liked: Really liked the size of the pitch. The site was quiet and staff were really friendly and accommodating.

Disliked: Toilets and showers were not clean. Not enough of them for the size of the campsite. There was often large queues for them. The door handles came off frequently and the locks are really difficult for children to use. My son is 9 and he struggled.

The walk to the beach is not 5 mins as stated on the website it is a good 15/20 minute walk along a busy road. Which is fine, but not easy with young children.
The walk into Tenby it's self is also not a 20 walk as stated on the website. It's a good 40/45 minute walk along the beach.
Maybe the website could be updated to reflect this, as families with young children may struggle if they are expecting a short 20 minute walk!

Liked: The location is great. You can walk to Tenby along the coast path, it’s a nice easy flat walk with the last part walking along the beach to South beach.
You can also catch the train from Penally station to Tenby.
Great walks in the area. A good local pub in the village within walking distance from the site served food from 17.00.
The facilities were clean.
The grounds were kept well maintained.

Disliked: On arrival we faced rows of seasonal caravans, most appeared unoccupied. This did not appeal to us one bit as we like to see life around us and fun a atmosphere. The warden offered us to go to the tent field which is more open and had other campers however we had a nightmare trying to level up our motorhome in order for the fridge to work, after 3 pitch moves we settled, still uneven but thankfully the fridge worked.
We stayed 4 nights, one morning the shower was cold.

Liked: Friendly, helpful staff. toilets/showers basic but always clean.
Not a bad view at all. Slope not an issue if you know what you are doing.
Lovely easy walk to the beach.
Great weather and a great stay.
Road and train not a problem at all, would stay again for sure!

Liked: The facilities were clean and very close to the pitch. Very good location close to nice walks and a lovely beach.

Disliked: We found the host to be very unwelcoming, actually bordering on rude. We are a group of 4 22 year olds, x3 males and 1x female. We love going on walking holidays but this was our 1st time visiting this part of Wales. When we arrived the host said "you're lucky you have a girl with you, I wouldn't have let you on otherwise" and then proceeded to tell us to be on our best behaviour about 3 more times. I can only assume that this was because of our age as there were plenty of mixed friend groups of older people around the campsite. She then showed us to our pitch and pointed to the toilets, washing up area, and drinking water. She reminded us one more time to be on our best behaviour and then left. We were all shocked at the lack of information given to us about the campsite or the surrounding area and the hosts constant comments about our behavior having never met us. We saw her a few other times during our stay when she came past before or after dropping other campers to their pitches but she did not engage with us. If you are looking for a friendly place with welcoming and helpful hosts, this isn't the campsite for you.
Also quite sloping pitches.
