10 days of bliss. Clean facilities, fantastic location. Ideal for kids. Not overcrowded so nice and quiet even in the summer holidays. Just make sure you bring 50p coins for the showers and washing/drying machines. 4G coverage is ok to good depending on your pitch.

Very friendly owners. Shower block was very clean and tidy. Quiet site and wonderful views. Also grass kept short. Lovely bays around there and lovely walks.

Loved staying at this camp site - such lovely owners and quiet surroundings. We had a pitch that looked over a beautiful view and the sea which was stunning to see at sunset! Kitchen, toilets and showers were always super clean and stocked with toilet roll etc. Also has routes to walk/drive to all the beaches which aren't far at all. Highly recommend!

Toilets and showers were clean, site kept clean and tidy, but the manageress was a dragon. We had friends visit from another site for a few hours which was authorised by the owner, who then came barking over to us at 7pm demanding they leave, very abrupt and confrontational, we weren’t being noisy or disruptive and this made everyone very uncomfortable for the rest of our stay as we didn’t know when she was going to have her next unnecessary tantrum. £4 a day to park an extra car which is excessive and I think that should include a free car wash for that price. 50p for a 4 minute shower so don’t forget to bring change if you’re going to chance staying here. We won’t be staying again.

Awful experience. Went to visit friends on the site and was thrown off within a few hours. We were all quiet and respectful with our families but the owner had some sort of meltdown over what I don’t know, and demanded we leave. Never experienced anything like this. She was rude and miserable. Unfortunately we were not able to voice our concerns due to my friends risking being asked to leave so we didn’t question things further as to why she was soo rude. Would never recommend and be careful if you stay there.

We spent 4 nights in Talywerydd and absolutely loved it. It's a short drive from 5 of the prettiest beeches we have seen. Campsite opens for check in at 13.30 and you have to vacate by 11.30. There are plenty of facilities such as electric hook up for tents and caravans, there's 2 toilet blocks with pay as you go showers that are immaculately clean, with a deep clean every day. There is a separate kitchen for campers where there is metered microwave, toaster, kettle, washing machine and dryer with dishwashing facilities (don't forget to bring your washing up liquid though).

We cannot praise the staff enough, its a family run business which is quiet and well maintained. Our 8 year old son was able to make friends instantly with the other children on the site and they all played safely, within sight on the family field we were camped on.

The campsite is situated 5 minutes from a quaint and quiet beach in penbryn which has; a superb café with lovely staff and even more lovely treats, 20 minutes from the more family friendly beach of New Quay where you can go on boat rides and see dolphins and go on fishing trips, which also has more cafes and shops.

This campsite is in THE best place. Everyone is really friendly and will go out of their way to accommodate or help in anyway. Our son lost his remote control helicopter in a field at the back of our tent and Kerry and her husband very kindly tried their best to find it for us, despite it not being their property, with it being on the west coast sunsets are a given and you are surrounded by rolling hills, mountainous views, stunning Red Kites and other lovely wildlife and just generally a really wonderful lovely relaxing place. We will definitely be going back.

Thank you to Kerry and her family for being so fantastic.

Fantastic little gem of a spot to pitch up and explore this gorgeous region of South West Wales. The site has very clean amenities and is ran by a lovely couple. We will be visiting this site again in the future.
